My name is Gianna Titus, and I am a sophomore at Cheyney University. In my free time, I do photoshoots for friends and family, where I shoot and edit the photos. I am an artist that specializes in digital art and photo editing with Adobe Photoshop. My art mainly consists of bright colors, bold shapes, and fun text to give the viewer a visually stunning experience. I like to present my personal style in all of my art. I take a lot of inspiration from the Y2K era, the bright colors, fun shapes, and the cyber-internet vibe. I like to reference teen pop magazines and music videos from the early 2000s when getting inspiration for my projects. When starting a new project, I begin with the subject of my project and build the background details to complement the subject. Whether my subject is a person, animal, or symbol, my main goal is to make an exciting viewing experience for an audience with enticing colors, shapes, and text. I also like to create art that catches the viewer’s attention while raising awareness for the issues in our world. I feel very strongly about the injustice many groups of people face and I express that deep emotion through posters, quotes, and poems. While I love to create art that conjures happiness and joy, I also enjoy creating art that makes you feel the injustice so many people face day to day. I began creating art about injustice during the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, where I made protest posters for myself and my friends. The vision for my art is to evoke true emotion, whether it be joy, anger, or sadness. My art is showcased on behance.net.
For this design I used a drop shadow to make the star shapes glow. I also used the clipping mask feature to put my images inside a star. I used text effects to make the words more appealing throughout the poster.
When designing this poster I used text effects to emphasize important words in the quote I was presenting. I also used the clipping mask technique to create the graphic fist with protesters inside it.

I used special text and images to present a fun, event poster. I used the magic background eraser to create the images that I added onto the poster. I picked a theme specific font to tie together the entire poster.
